Lisa has run a Yoga and Hiking Holiday in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco for the past 10 years. This has proven very successful and is very well attended each year. There is a morning yoga class, a hike and an afternoon yoga class as well as downtime and sightseeing options as well.
Yoga Holiday trip to Kerala, India. Kerala is the home of Ayurveda which is the sister therapy to Yoga. These two therapies sit very nicely side by side. This trip combines yoga with Ayurvedic treatments, as well as time for sightseeing and down time on the beach.
